Add your additional company insurance

  • Go to "Company" on the left hand navigation
  • Select Insurance tab

  • Click on see more for "Additional Insurance" and click Edit to add your insurance details
  • Select the insurance provider you are with by simply typing in the name and selecting the provider

  • On your insurance policy, you will see a customer number and contract number. Simply type into the fields. 
  • You can also upload your insurance policy so it never gets lost. Simply click on the field "Documents" and upload your policy document. Uploads need to be in PDF.

  • For Group name, add A1. 
  • For Salary From, add 0 CHF
  • For Salary To, enter a maximum insurance amount 148,200 CHF. 
  • For % for Males and % for Female fields, you will find rates in your policy for specific genders. Simply add those rates. The rates could be in Pro-mille. If in Pro-mille you will see the symbol "o/oo" next to the rate. Simply divide the rate by 10 before adding them into the Earny fields. If the rates are in % simply add them as is without dividing them. 

  • Choose whether you will either "Split" the rate with your employees by selecting the radio button "Halving" or you will take on all the costs on behalf of your employees by choosing "Company" for the field Contribution of Daily Sickness insurance. 
  • To add a second range, simply click "Add New Range"
  • Add your new range within the same Group A1
  • For the second range, the Salary From field will be 148,200 CHF 
  • For the Salary To field, check your insurance policy to locate the maximum insurable amount. This will typically be 300,000 CHF or 400,000 CHF. Once you find that figure, enter into the Salary To field. 
  • For % for Males and % for Female fields, you will find rates in your policy for specific genders. Simply add those rates. The rates could be in Pro-mille. If in Pro-mille you will see the symbol "o/oo" next to the rate. Simply divide the rate by 10 before adding them into the Earny fields. If the rates are in % simply add them as is without dividing them. 

  • To add a second group, simply click on Add New Group.
  • Add A2 as the group name and follow the save steps as above. 

  • Once finished, simply click on "Save"
