How to add company car in Earny

• Go to Employee on the left hand navigation
• Select the employee you would like to edit
• Click on tab Benefits

• Click Add
• Choose the benefit Private Part of Company Ca want in the drop list Allowance Type
• Add the value of the company in amount. Not the allowance amount. i.e if the company car is worth 100,000 CHF please add 100,000 CHF in the field amount.
• Once done, hit Save. 

• Earny automatically calculates the benefit amount for the company car based on the value of the car. This is generally 0.9% the value of the company up to 100,000 CHF. If the company car is wroth more than 100,000 then the rate 2.67% on the value above 100,000 CHF.
