Make a pension adjustment to an employee

If you need to adjust a pension amount for a specific employee, you can do this directly in the payroll flow.


  • Go to Run Payroll

  • Click Add Deduction and Select Pension Plan Adjustment
  • Add the amount for both Employee and Company and click Save


  • This employee amount will appear on the payslips and in the Earny UI meanwhile the company side you can see it by download your company report or journal entries after you've marked as paid.
