Add employee bank account and holiday balances
- Go to employees in left hand navigation
- Click on the employee you want to add compensation details for
- In tab "Job & Pay"
- Scroll down to Bank Account
- Click Edit and simply add the employee's IBAN.
- Earny will pre-populate the rest of the information.
- Hit Save
- To review the employee's Holiday balance scroll down to Absence policy.
- Earny will have pre-populated the total holidays based on your company's vacation policy. To edit vacation policy visit Add your company vacation policy
- Earny will also take a pro-rate of the remaining holiday days.
- You can edit the holiday balance and remaining End of year vacation balances
- Once done hit Save.
