Add employee's immigration permit

For employees that are not Swiss citizens, Earny will require you to add their permit. 

• Go to Employee on the left hand navigation
• Select the employee you would like to edit
• Click on tab Personal

• When you enter the employee's nationality, if the nationality is not Swiss, we will require you an immigration permit to be added for the employee. 
• You can add the immigration permit in the section Residence details
• Select the permit associated with that employee and hit save. 

• When you set the employee's immigration permit, if the employee is not a Swiss citizen or does not hold a C permit, Earny will automatically trigger Withholding Tax or tax at source for that employee. A section below children status will open requiring you to review the withholding tax code for the employee.
